Using direct mail to get qualified mortgage leads is a simple and effective process once you know how to do it.  What is most important is understanding how the process works and how to effectively prepare the method to use direct mail to obtain your mortgage leads.  E-mail has increased the communication possiblities for many mortgage companies, but also must be used carefully due to span laws and other considerations.  In addition, many other new forms of digital mailing are now available to be used.
